Company perception; how others see QMC is very important when it comes to future business dealings. I understand where you are coming from, but Ted has a point there. Pasaican can only do so much if QMC's image is tainted by consistent financial/SEC/filing issues.

But again, hopefully this is just a large "bump" on the way to a freshly paved road.
