Unless he had a legitimate reason why he was UNABLE to file
the bottom line would be
Squires screwed up
and should be fired day one when Pasaca takes over.
Since Squires is a large shareholder and this suspension and QTMM being placed on the expert market has hurt him more than anyone else on these boards I am giving him the benefit of the doubt that there was a legitimate reason why filing was not kept current.
