I did not expect them to say it was "the priority" for the entire company, but I had hoped that it would be "the priority" or "top priority" for Steve and management, which is what the PR was describing. Top priority for the CEO, CFO, Controller, and Accounting sounds reasonable. Let the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer keep the rest of the company moving forward.

As an investor cash flow is important to me. And as an investor I think it would be really great if the company would actually report their actual cash flow to me and the other investors as required by the regulations.
If you are so focused on cash flow from revenue, don't you think that the company's revenues could be suffering due to QMC's lack of required financial reporting, the SEC Trading Suspension, drop to Expert Market and the SEC Enforcement action.
A portion of QMC's products; HealthID app, blockchain ledger, anti-c; are very depended on building trust so that potential customers will believe that their company and customer data will be safe, secure and kept private in accordance with rules and regulations. To me, QMC has been digging itself into a deeper hole for months and could very well be keeping companies from signing deals with them, costing them needed revenue.
