There's a difference between investors and "buyers". Investors see future potential while buyers want their value already built in when they buy. With the introduction of the automobile around the turn of the century, many thought it was a crazy idea. We have horse & buggy that isn't loud and doesn't require petrol or extensive training to use. Investors believed in the future value of automobiles. We all can see how that turned out.
