And of course he is on the record stating that he 'didn't want to panic us so he downplayed it'. He held superpsreader rallies and politicized masks and, unlike his older opponent, contracted the virus.
Highly doubtful that Biden will be waxing on about bleach and light either.
And of course Biden has yet to mumble about retaking colonial airfields, the pandemic of '17 that ended WW II, use a sharpie to alter a weather map, or incite a riot to assault the Capitol.
