Sounds like a rather elitest approach to me. You will only share the plan with the people who have enough shares? When normal public companies go for a vote ,you get the issues in the mail and all holders of shares, including small retailers, vote. and they all get a description of what they are voting on...You are saying only the high volume shareholders who have sway will be privvy to the plan. you guys are incredible and not in a good way
