UNDR looking for much more here, this came out late yesterday: ORDER granting Motion for Default Judgment and Motion for Default Judgment.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment in favor of UnderSea as follows: (1) damages for breach of contract in the amount of **$10,000,000**; (2) pre-judgment interest in the amount of $5,824,388.97; and (3) attorneys fees and expenses in the amount of $128,391.26.
