Hannover House, Inc. (OTC:HHSE) has reached a settlement with Getting Grace, LLC that immediately ends the litigation. The terms of the settlement are confidential by mutual agreement.
A cross-complaint in that case involving former Hannover House VP of Sales, Tom Sims, was previously dismissed.
Hannover House is actively disputing, resolving or settling other litigation matters arising from the company's prior business model of handling independently produced films for theatrical and home video release.
