I could only understand the “surprise” if you don’t know the history with Pestell, Caracciolo, etc.

If you are familiar with those guys, why are you surprised that most shareholders want nothing to do with a group that has aligned themselves with those guys?

I will listen to their plan, if they ever come down from their ivory tower and share it with the peasants, but based on the association with such self-serving, incompetent, and untrustworthy people I’ll be shocked if it warrants our support.
