Are we merely assuming that this so-called 5%er is really a part of the 13D group filing?
I am (as most of you are) anonymous, but why is he or she anonymous? As someone else pointed out, the 13D filing was a public filing, including disclosures of members addresses.
Has he or she provided any information to prove he or she is legitimately part of the group?
If I wanted to, I could create another new email address and new account and claim I, too, was a 5%er. I could likewise claim I was Adam or Nader. Doesn't make it so.
Also, if I were short (which I am not), I could claim I was a 5%er in order to create disunity among us longs.
Until these so called 5%ers make a public disclosure of their positions, and by public disclosure, I mean a filing or other release that can be legitimately traced back to their group, I take anyone claiming to represent them with a grain of salt.
A few of you I-Hangout posters have earned your trust and worth even though you are anonymous to me, but I can't consider an anonymous person to be a 13D/5%er unless they are public. The best I can assume is that such an anonymous person is a 13D/5%er supporter, but at present not even that.
