I’ve been reading your OWCP updates on here and iHub for some time now. I wound up selling my OWCP shares and put them into CATV, thanks to you. In your last update you mention that “CATV is waiting for NASDAQ to approve MJ listings…” Are you implying that rather than change the name now, Michael is waiting to change the name when the NASDAQ allows MJ tickers? Others are thinking the name change will happen sooner rather than later. There are SEC requirements for stocks to even get to the NASDAQ like stock price. Just curious if this is your perception or if you have had conversations with Michael or Ziv about this? Back in March I believe there was a PR that stated that paper work was submitted to change the name.

I communicate with Ziv regularly and indirectly have been helping him to take his company public in Canada this summer.....Cannible......
.....the same company that is partnering with Michael and CATV.
I know exactly what is happening with CATV as Ziv and Michael are partners on several fronts and have been working together for more than 6 years....
When I write things the most recent information I have available is what is represented in my posts.
I know that CATV will have no issues hitting all the requirements to be uplisted on the Nasdaq.
The type of company Michael is building has no future on the OTC and there is very little value to executing a name change while trading on the OTC.
Having said that it wouldn't make sense to do the change now...most of the time name changes / ticker symbol changes occur at the same time as other events such as an uplisting...
But anything is possible....
My feelings are the following:
MF is very methodical and when the time is appropriate will execute the name change and uplisting ...The Nasdaq will approve MJ companies to list there hopefully sooner than later...and that sets the wheels in motion..imo.
The massive share structure of CATV will be dealt with at the time of the uplisting by performing a reverse split.
This is a split that should fire on all guns as the company is real and a going concern and will show growth...so no need to be afraid of the RS..that will happen...
These are my thoughts...nothing carved in stone...however from everything I know..have been exposed to....this is what most likely will happen.
Try not to get roped in by the pumpers on the CATV board..I know for a fact that some of the things they push are patently false.
Michael did say recently in a tweet that there would be updates coming..soon.
I try to look at all verifiable information and through speaking with Ziv and discussing with a couple of other people whose opinions I value....we put the pieces together.
I am so glad you bought CATV....when I brought the information to the attention of us long suffering OW shareholders/former shareholders..
I haven't held a share of OW for more than a year...
I know the company is finished and at the very least DGF is fighting for one thing....to have the ability to dump more shares.
They could care less about the company or it's shareholders.
Ziv told me more than a year ago that there was plan A and plan B..Plan A was to try and resurrect the company and undo the damage caused by BIgnitz...getting rid of DGF was at the top of that list...
Well..DGF has made it impossible..and so Ziv executed plan B which is in the process of playing out...on July 5/2021 we will see if the court in Israel gives Ziv what he wants...to liquidate, pay off debts and shut the company down...any assets moving into CATV in conjunction with their partnership.
It's difficult to really know what the truth is and what is fantasy....
I do the best I can....

One thing I can add...the only hope for current OWC shareholders to get anything with any certainty is if MF/CATV are able to acquire the empty shell which contains the shareholder database of more than 15 thousand shareholders.
DGF/Kirkland have so far refused to cooperate in any way and are pushing their own agenda.
Until there is some type of resolution with the company all OW shareholders are held in limbo....
And if Kirkland does sell the shell and it goes to some unknown entity of the OTC...most likely it won't end well for those 16k shareholders as most tickers on the OTC are pump and dumps.
