Doc, here's how I look at it (and I know there will be a few folks on this board who will attribute this to "already knowing my attitude" (about GNBT, Moscato, NuGen, etc.), but...given that I apparently am "locked into" owning dividend shares (wherever they exist, on whatever trading platform, whatever their class designation) for at least 9 months after the NuGen IPO (whenever that may be, and no one knows, or is saying), I certainly will (because I have to) wait around until at least then to cash out. In the meantime, I hope the company starts going gangbusters with products and services, of course, because that will mean (1) I should be increasing my asset value, and (2) folks will be helped by whatever product/service generates revenue for the company. The second, while beneficial, is incidental to my financial goals for myself and my family, to be honest. Some here may be sufficiently financially independent to care more about #2 instead of #1, but I am not one of those people.
In the meantime, I will "call balls and strikes" as I see them, and not try to sugar-coat what is going on if I think something should be noted. For those who may be inclined to remark that I have not praised any of the announced activities of Generex or NuGen, my response is that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Announcements are easy - but in the words of Cuba Gooding Jr., "Show Me the Money." If positive results start happening before I have the option of trading out, I will acknowledge them gladly. Until then, however, I am waiting for the "loud" actions to drown out the empty words. And a hint to management, which is true in every aspect of life: if you take responsibility for your failures and shortcomings, you look even better when you take credit for your successes and accomplishments. (And by the way, my opinion is that filing something is "words," not "actions."
I look back over the comments that have been posted over the last 30-60 days, and there are many more questions than answers, and many more "I hope this," or "I'd like to see that," than there are "Isn't it great that we this," or "I'm glad that we that." Just an observation. I hope there is reason for that to change, and soon.
