We have received no material push back. Your view is isolated to iHang. Someone here, please do the math, how many shares are held by the two or three dozen active posters (not counting all us lurkers)? No proxy vote is going to get 95% or 90%, hell even getting 70% is far greater than a required majority result. Push back from a collective few million shares isn't push back lol.
