doc, I remember Joe's comments. However, I'm a little intrigued that Chamat wants to develop 4 SPAC's supporting specific biotech goals including cancer and immunotherapy. I don't remember the illegal part.
I think it's obvious that our mgmt. needs help unless they have lots of secret initiatives. I know next to nothing about SPACs other than I own IPOE which helped to bring SOFI public. In addition to Chamat the CEO of SOFI is Anthony Noto. I believe he is a former CEO of Twitter. I think a well-funded SPAC with good ideas and effective mgmt. of the underlying companies can be a good formula for success. Biotech seems to be an excellent target for a SPAC given the need for constant funding to fuel R&D.
Just throwing it out there to counter the boredom that has taken over the board.
