Conversion rates are higher if you send out a sample via the app versus handing out samples in person per this company that has fully rolled the app out to all of its users.. This company is really pushing the samplings. I am watching the video now, although its long and I am halfway through, there is A LOT inside this app. I am very impressed so far. I remember Rory talking about a "data lake". Where once you have thousands or millions of users of the app, it can essentially learn best practices. Well, from watching this video, it sounds like to me that Verb has it "dialed in".
