Hell, if they want to put in some Warren Buffett quality I'm all ears and Nadar probably would be too, but it seems to me if that was the case just publicly saying they are available and interested and let things roll. You don't likely need a coup for a great upgrade. You need a coup for a blatant takeover with not much more to offer than than what exists, or something nefarious. But like I say, I'm willing to listen with, or without, a coup. The coup just adds a stench.
