PTMI that is an excellent question. Why would they want to sabotage their own investment?
Unless their goals are to take over and keep this drug from coming out by shelving it and get paid under the table for it?
BTW, who the hell is this Dbag calling himself a 5%er? How do we know if he is even legit? I wont waste my time with this now and gonna hold on to my shares and let Nader finish what he started at least for the time being. He would want nothing more to silence the Naysayers as he refers to them, and prove everyone who went after him wrong.
I was contacted several times last year by Closet to join him and a few other shareholders whom own a substantial amount of shares to initiate some sort of action against the current management. I was not supportive then and for sure not now with so many things brewing for us.
