I’m in agreement… over the years the float has grown due to the speculation of people and not due to factual data. From the minute Dr Dalton said no change in share structure, I look at what was recorded on OTC markets and said the float is unlikely to have changed. Shareholder count over the years is what has fluctuated and as a result there has been shares to purchase over the 10 years since last recorded on OTC markets website.
