BP gets to sell some more product to fill medical provider storage shelves. FDA doesn't care if it actually gets used. (Another IV MAB for hospital/medical office only use for mild-moderate). Win-Win for BP-FDA: BP gets to make some money and FDA doesn't have to approve something better that might actually be used.
