Why Trump is spreading the rumor that he is going to be "reinstated" by August..?
In reality, he expects to be "indicted" by August.
He is attempting to gather all his forces to fight against those that are attacking him. He wants their money.
He will attempt to rally his supporters with his continuing lies about how the election was stolen from him and how they should be prepared to take it back.
He feels the heat on his backside. His criminal activities are about to be made public. The only way he knows to fight back is to attack those that are attacking him.
He expects the most naive of his followers to believe that Joe Biden is going to leave the White House in August and he is going to move back in. It ain't gonna happen.
