Another space cadet from the OWC IHUB board has lost contact with the mother ship.

First of all...the law stipulates that any Israeli company must have one director from Israel...Kugelman is not from Israel ....He was appointed in March and since that time, DGF has "claimed" to be in control now of the Israeli company after supposedly dismissing Turner and Ritterband.
So if Kugelman's running the show why has no director been appointed from Israel...that is a violation in Israel.....
THis space cadet and many others routinely accept as the gospel anything written in a filing...or lawsuit as being truthful..In terms of the Chancery court, the claims put forth by Kirkland are not fact and shouldn't be treated as fact. That is for the court to decide but not true with the OWC space cadets.
I will continue to maintain that Ziv was not legally removed ... It doesn't matter...there is no company and no business....the future doesn't rely or depend on OWCP...it lies elsewhere....in CATV.
To continue to suggest there is a good chance the share price will rise significantly in the not too distant future is a great example of the cosmic idiosyncratic train of thought many of the cadets exhibit.
