Ohm, wouldn't you imagine that Compassionate Use would almost exclusively apply to critically ill patients, and since many more of them tend to be older, then 21% mortality would essentially (or anecdotally) refer to the subgroup most likely to die? -- In other words, that's a pretty good figure, no?
