Ok, so Univec Conglomerate Inc is now in good standing in Delaware as of May 21st.
Are you serious? I don't follow all this as closely as some, but you mean to tell me Doc said we'd uplist Q1, train leaving the station, blah, blah and we weren't even in good standing?
Am I way off base here? I've got a couple LLCs here in Kentucky. It's not very difficult to stay in good standing.
