I, too, don't believe he was responding to the FDA posting. However, my take was that it was merely similar to a legal disclaimer that comes at the start of every Conference Call. By putting it up front no one can accuse him of trying to hide it, something some of the evil doers certainly would accuse him of doing. Something like, the FDA said this, but that said, now lets get on to what we all came here to talk about.
