It is true I expect us to be ignoring the OTC completely and instead be filing with the SEC/NASDAQ.
However, LV verified that the June 30 rule applies to dark pink stocks as well so we would be subject to whatever restrictions/penalties they impose on those that miss.
But, I really don't think the date matters as I expect to be current with SEC way before then.
