Ok, and what do you suggest for a solution? NP and crew and not going to magicially just become more experienced and figure out how to run a proper successful trial. I think they either hire the right people to help them, or get out of the way. Those are the only two alternatives as solutions. Keeping on the way they have been is not a solution, it is just status quo.
