No, it doesn't look good for the 5%ers, Goose. But we have a 3 day Memorial weekend so they still have time to do something and have it come out sometime b4 the opening bell on Tuesday. I sure as heck hope they remain silent as it seems they have no material fact or facts we know of, to publish since they put out their infamous 13D. As far as them or someone else getting Dr. NP and Dr. Kelley to return shares, (another poster said this), I agree. Those shares that were returned could have been bought by them to have the ability to acquire those shares to reach their 5% position, who knows - GLTU
