TT said they had an investment document needing final review/signatures to be able to get $30 million worth of Excellagen finished and filled. Then it is a 60-90 day process.

I assume there would have to be a filing to go along with that completed document as it is an investment in the company and most likely involves shares or other types of guarantees by NuGenerex.
