That doesn't include institutions that don't have to report
"Section 13(f) requires institutional investment managers[3] with investment discretion over $100 million or more in “Section 13(f) securities” to file quarterly reports with the SEC on Form 13F within 45 days of each quarter-end."
That doesn't include the mutual funds from Fidelity, Vanguard, iShare, etc many of which are index funds
Do you know what happens when Verb's stock prices goes up and especially if the rest of the portfolio in the index stays the same or goes down?
