I don't know but I find it very interesting that a small group of people are so focused on it.

A rare dividend does not occur for no reason. And its definitely rare that an imbalance of shares (NSS) is recorded in a court of law and in the financial system.
And its rare that a custodianship battle is settled with a shadow governance of a shell thru a super lawyer.
