Or maybe they just are not coordinated enough to have a consistent plan at this point, other than not being happy with the current direction of things. That would be the simpler answer, especially as these are a bunch of very different individuals each with their own egos, etc.

I am always a skeptic when it comes to these complicated conspiracy theories - usually the simplest answer is the correct one. The thought of them sitting in some room and conspiring to drive the share price down so that they can accumulate more before hatching their plan seems far-fetched. But I could be wrong.
