Good point, they certainly did not come up with this plan over a weekend. The longer there plan is not revealed, the more I feel they have intentions that most of us would not agree with. What I don’t understand is what either got them so upset or what do they think they can do to change things for the better that compelled this 13d? I think the worse case scenario is that they drive the sp as low as possible to accumulate and kick all us other share holders out so what ever price they get is a good profit for them, not us.
