I'm with ya Evil. Not a fan of those two. But we don't know if they are involved, or if they just voted in favor of the change. In other words, do they plan to try to have these two involved in the board/management/etc? Or did they just contribute their shares, like the rest of the group?
If they are just a silent part of the 13D, and not going to be nominated for any positions, etc, I feel differently about it, than if they are trying to board spots for themselves.
If it comes out that these two are essentially trying to take over the company so they can benefit, I dont see any way that passes. Just my opinion.
