You say "honest." There are many who come here who are not honest. They have agendas. They claim to be "realists" or whatever other descriptors they use to justify pessimism and repetitive criticism of mgmt.

For instance, there isn't a soul here who doesn't see the flaws in how NP operates. We don't need you or anyone else "educating us" on his strengths and weaknesses.

Your desire for "debate" sounds just like Closet and all the "realists" who have come before. Oddly though, when you guys aren't around there's plenty of healthy debate here, whether it's about FDA vs NP regarding Dose-gate, or what's happening in the Philippines. Plenty of healthy discussion.

What we don't need is nonstop claims of we need to change mgmt. For starters, nothing can happen until August. The only thing accomplished by the 13D and discussions of it thus far has been a complete stagnancy of the share price and widespread FUD.

You want to sing the praises of the 13D crew ten times a day, go use iHub, Yahoo, Reddit, PM, the private Hangout board, etc.
