Questions for the board
If CE stocks are worthless and require investor protection measures, why are anyone except retail brokerage clients allowed to buy them?
In order to sell you need a buyer.
And one would think a buyer (especially experts investors) would only buy if they believe it had future value.
Yet while retail can't buy QTMM, experts investors are buying at 7 to 8 cents, what does that tell you?
