I have nothing against salary/compensation clawbacks. Not sure how you would engineer the replacement of the exec team. Mahboob obviously had to go because he didn't do what he said he would, but then he did go. Nasdaq can't be laid at Mulholland's feet, but he left anyway.

I was objecting mostly to the big respect that Northstar shows for the Cabal overlords. Mr. Rosenbaum. Mr. Caracciolo. Caracciolo isn't Mister here, I don't believe. Rosenbaum hasn't earned Mr. either. To me it looks suspiciously like the story of the Trojan horse. Don't forget there were no patriotic Trojans inside that horse, no matter how nice it looked on the outside.
