Ohm, one of the arguments for the 700/350/350/350 dosing in the severe trial is that with a 10 day half-life, in theory there is still over 700mg in the body up to/or around day 28.

My question is can you point me to the specific study/paper where the understanding changed from a 3 day half life to a 10 day half life?
