Maybe better questions are ... "Was trading NUGX illegal?", "Is this an unprecedented occurrence?" and finally, "Could Joe have done something different to prevent the selling of shares under NUGX?" If many people had these shares sitting in their account for almost a year ... and they had no restrictions ... shouldn't we expect at least a few people to say, "eh, let me get rid of these things". But what could've been done differently to eliminate that possibility? ... I have to believe there was something or some mechanism for preventing this scenario ...
