Maybe it is just the fact that there are no buyers here. The market looks at the next potential catalyst as being results from the Brazil trial which are still 5 to 6 months out.
Regarding the 13D, Clearly this new group is not accumulating a lot of shares, given the anemic volume. And even if they were somehow able to insert themselves into some type of leadership position, we still do not have a catalyst for the next six months -
Ie, it’s not like Elon Musk would be on the team. Some have mentioned long-haul results - who knows.
So I could be way off base, but I think overall the market is viewing this as dead money for the next 4 to 6 months, and the FDA letter obviously took it’s toll as well.
I remain long, and have been buying shares, but I am now out of dry powder. I hope I’m way off base and we get some massive news that propels the SP higher. But I’m not holding my breath.
