Not sure how no news means no action. We had no news from Brazil, but apparently there was plenty of action when we finally got the news.
If I had to *guess* I would say the Philippines no news is strategic to the FDA stinkin' letter and keeping a lower profile. I do expect to hear some good news soon.
India is likely busy doing what Brazil was doing when Brazil was quiet.
