Your points are valid and the auditor's report and the company's corrective action plan certainly is an ethical course of action moving forward. No shenanigan's or other mal practices that I can point to? I for one doubt we are being represented by inexperienced SEC attorneys and probably $50k for their services! I'm good with management!
