Quite FAST to get this trial protocol approved and refreshing to see the modifications for a 4 IV dose regiment for 28 days.
Some observations and clarifying questions (anyone?):
- Original CYDY PR said two trials, Severe and Critical, ~1500 patients
- Interim review at 40% dosed patients
- This clinical trial by Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital is for Critical only for 306 patients.
- Should we still expect a interim review at 122 patients? If so, will this be sufficient for acceptable 'p" value or are they suggesting no interim review?
- Severe patients clinical trial is still to be announced or did I miss something?
