Sounds like all the critical trial dosing will be 700mg given via IV (no sub-q).
That should work......and other than the severe (moderate III) trial reducing to 350mg after first dose, I like these protocols. Like someone else referenced, I would like to see a 3rd arm where 700mg was given for all doses verses a reduction to 350mg.
