1st common sense post here--You don't have to look far to see that some of this group is the "unjust enrichment" folks. They are (and rightfully so) sick and tired of watching their (our) shares get "awarded" for nonsense. Millions of shares for NOTHING
Then the great Mulholland loses share count and there has to be a emergency vote to increase shares for "retaining talent".
"These shares are not for me" (but of course they immed went there).
Get a seat on this rigged NP board. STOP the bogus "award" of shares , This ends hours and $$ wasted in depositions,motions,filings (legal bs goes on and on).
