So if you are looking at prev vote--wasn't the NP vote about 53%?? The lowest of anything voted on??
Do you really believe that since then that there is a success or a string of success that would increase that 53% affirmative?? Are you counting the BLA or CD10 , or EUA application (asked), CD12 and FDA rebuke letter?? Are you counting the uplist or the MORE toxic financing (dilution)?? Are you counting the unjust enrichment lawsuit??
Now if you are counting passing the exec comp plan or hire/fire Mahoob , some "distribution plans" and "permission" to file in some various countries--I can see where "share votes in his pocket" probably increased
