This post shows anybody can change the directions of the company .....not very encouraging.....
I don’t think Joe would mind me sharing:
If the moron that listed the A shares didn’t do that there wouldn’t be an a or a b, also it’s 18 mos max but if i see an orderly market I will merge them in 90 or sooner, that’s up to me, but having the 18 mos feature gives the Nasdaq comfort in the price not crashing and embarrassing themselves for listing us in an unorderly market, and maybe the A’s hit 4.00 and trade there 7 days in a row so I can list them on Nasdaq which would be automatic, it’s anyone’s guess what will happen or what and when I will do what, at least this gets is where we need to go and we are insured a successful ipo
