You guys need to wake up, nothing will happen unless this company starts to generate revenue and credible leadership is recognized. So far that's not the case. DJ has taken control of financing and will set the terms !! Any calculations of value are meaningless....GNBT has close to 120M shares and any increase of pps will also invite selling......you want your $3 ...that's a ten bagger ......and people are not lining up........ !!! IMO NUGX was/is part of the plan......class A dividend shares are nothing but.a convenient reverse split to protect Class B IPO shares and to reduce the future float. Any past NUGX buying may even be dumped to lower the pps before they decide to convert !! At this point people that bought GNBT shares to take advantage of the dividend shares are scratching their heads. DJ is not interested in 120M GNBT shares or NASDAQ listing. The Gofundme still stuck at $1005 ....goal 100M.....even an IPO unable to raise that amount. If successful CLASS B shareholders will be the winners not the "longs"
Time to hire seasoned Management and protect potential value and raised funds !! 18 months , potential billions, catapult revenue and possible Home-run are nothing but moving the goalposts and stay quiet !!!
