I will vote no for any additional AS. IMO, they need to cut a deal ASAP, even if it is less than optimal. Of course, if a majority of Shareholders disagree, than the AS could be increased. Hope it does not come to that. Frankly, I am surprised that a BP has not launched a takeover attempt. Since no controlling block exists (as far as I know), they might secure a majority position for a lot less than a negotiated deal.
