I've just begun my daily reading of the board today only to find a possible future proxy battle and over 150 posts to read to catch up!!! Many seem ready to embrace a change in management without knowing anything about who the potential new guys are, what their motivation is, what their plans are.

I'm as tired of NP as the rest of you, but I have a certain amount of faith that he will not sell out us shareholders for a ridiculously low price. I think it would be prudent to find out all we can going forward before opting for a change. Do we have any assurance that the 5%ers are not allied with one or more Big Pharmas or hedge funds? They could take over and sell us out for a song. I'm open to making a change, but not before I know a lot more about who we'd be handing the reins to. "Better the devil you know..... Ganesha
