it is Naders discretion when to have the shareholders meeting, no more than 13 months from the previous shareholder meeting..Folks this is going to be a long process. I think new board members would have a better chance to raise funds to keep the train moving...imo. I am voting my 5 digit amount for new board members you can only go up from zero..
